Welcome Back to the 2022-2023 School Year. Our theme this year is, Level Up! I serve as the Associate Superintendent for Dolton School District 149. I oversee the Human Resources Department. We are here to assist you and address any concerns that you may have regarding the district. Human Resources is a process and effort to develop, motivate, and evaluate the overall human resources needed by the district in achieving its goals and objectives.
